Clarifying Day Oil works according to the 'law of similars’, an oil for an oily skin. The composition of medicinal plant extracts and six nourishing oils address the needs of oily skin by sending a signal to the skin to slow down its own oil production. Why you'll love it: Dr. Hauschka Clarifying Day Oil absorbs easily without leaving a greasy shine. It can be used sparingly and applied in winter over any other day care product, and any other skin condition, to provide extra protection against the cold.
Clarifying Day Oil is a fast absorbing daily moisturiser that balances excessive oiliness, refines the appearance of pores and reduces the appearance of blemishes for a calm, beautiful complexion. Apricot kernel, almond and wheat germ oils balance the skin’s natural oil content, while anthyllis and carrot extracts calm the skin. Neem, St. John’s wort and calendula extracts combine to visibly minimise redness and help maintain a healthy, radiant complexion.

Each morning after cleansing and toning, apply a few drops to your palms and evenly apply to the face, neck and décolleté with your finger. For combination skin, using Revitalising Day Cream together with a few drops of Clarifying Day Oil provides ideal daytime skin care. Simply mix the two products in your hand and apply to the skin, avoiding the eye area. In the evening, we recommend using Night Serum or Renewing Night Conditioner as a non-oily night time skin care product.
Tips:
- For a combination skin, oily T-zone, dry/normal cheeks we recommend Melissa Day Cream.
- For sensitive, reddened skin combine Rose Day Cream with Clarifying Day Oil for soothing protection against harsh weather.
- Whatever your skin condition, Clarifying Day Oil can be applied over your daytime skin care products to provide added protection against the cold.
