Directions:

  • Step 1. Ensure mouth tray is clean.

    Step 2. Attach mouth guard to LED light.

    Step 3. Apply ¼ of the gel from one tube onto tray, making sure to cover the front surface of the tray.

    Step 4. Place tray in mouth and turn LED light on. For best results, use for 10-30 minutes per session.

    Step 5. Rinse mouth and clean mouth tray. Repeat for 6 consecutive days each week to achieve best results.
